むかし 藤といふ女有。其夫 奥州の方へ遠征に行て久しく帰らす。妻これを嘆きて終に空しくなる。夫 月を累ねて帰り愁傷し 東岸居士といふ名僧に願ひけれバ 反魂の法を行ひ 姻中に姿をあらハしたまふ。その藤女か塚といふ。
