小笠原島へ取材旅行した時の作品「漁村」は、東京国立近代美術館などにも収蔵されている、前田政雄の代表作の1枚。オリジナルは昭和14年（1939）に摺られているが、本作品は高橋工房が昭和58年（1983）に後摺した作品。裏に工房印有。
